Hunan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Northern Regions (August-October):
As temperatures gradually rising, the ripening zone of
Shine Muscat grapes begins to shift northward. Maturing Time: In Hunan and Hubei, ripening is concentrated from July to September; in northern producing areas such as Shandong and Henan, it’s from late August to October. This is the peak season for Shine Muscat grapes nationwide, resulting in huge yields, but also a tendency for inconsistent quality and a diluted flavor.

Starting from the end of September, northern production areas such as Shandong, Henan, Hebei, Anhui, and Liaoning successively enter the harvest season. At this time, the longer growing period allows the Shine Muscat grapes to develop a richer and more mellow flavor. Additionally, since this period falls outside the peak season in August, prices usually rebound.
